Abstract

Çelik, galvanizli çelik ve/veya alasim-galvanizli çelik kisimlarla birlikte alüminyum veya alüminyum alasimindan kisimlar içeren karma metal yapilarin boyanmasindan önce kimyasal ön-islemden geçirilmesi için kullanilan bir islemde, bir birinci basamakta metal yapi, çelik ve galvanizli veya alasim-galvanizli çelik üzerinde yüzey örtücü kristalimsi bir çinko fosfat kati olusturan, fakat alüminyum kisimlar üzerinde bir çinko fosfat kati olusturmayan bir çinko fosfatlama solüsyonu ile islemden geçirilir ve daha sonra ikinci bir basamakta, metal yapi, çelik, galvanizli ve/veya alasim-galvanizli çelik üzerindeki kristalimsi çinko fosfat katini asiri bir sekilde çözündürmeyen, fakat alüminyum kisimlar üzerinde bir dönüsüm kati olusturan bir islem solüsyonu ile temas ettirilir.
