Abstract

Üretim sirasinda iplikteki (2) hatalarin tespit edilmesi için, bir algilama cihazi (1) ve bunun sirasiyla üst kisminda ve alt kisminda ipligin (2) fren deflektör (3) tertibati ve ipligin (2) kesme tertibatini (4a, 4b) içeren bir cihaz. Cihaz (1), iki omuz (6) arasinda bulunan ve ipligin (2) önemli ölçüde gergin olarak üzerinden geçtigi ve kismen üzerine sarilmis oldugu ve böylece tamburun yüzeyine bastirilmis oldugu için helis (sarmal, helezon) etkisinin azaltilmis oldugu bir tamburdan (5) olusmustur. Tamburun (5) disinda isik yayan ve optik bir sensör (algilayici) (8) içeren seffaf bir birim (7) bulunmaktadir. Bu sekilde, isik yayan birimden (7) gelen isik isini, ipligi (2), sürekli olarak ipligin gölgesinin genligini algilayan optik sensör (8) üzerine yansitir. Optik sensör (8), ipligin (2) enine büyüklügünde önceden belirlenmis olan bir esik degerine göre bir artis ya da düsüs tespit ederse, iplik durdurulur, kesilir ve hatali kismi uzaklastirildiktan sonra tekrar birlestirilir.
