Abstract

Klavulanik asidin bir amin tuzunun üretimi ve bunlarin farmakolojik olarak kabul edilebilir tuz ve esterlerine dönüsmesi için saglanan bir islemdir. Klavulanik asidin amin tuzunun kristallestirilmesi safhasi süresince, ya çözelti ihtiva eden klavulanik asit, seçimlik olarak bir yardimci çözücü ile, amine eklenir veya her iki tepkileyici kristallestirme kabina birlikte eklenirler. Bu kristallestirme islemi için ayrica sicaklik profili(zamanla azalan), ekleme hizi profili, amin/klavulanik asit orani profili(zamanla artan) uygulamasi saglanmistir.
