Bilhassa tek kisilik porsiyonlar halinde ve bilhassa da salata sosu, sos ya da diger sivi katkilarin ilave edilerek ve karistirilarak tüketildigi salatalar ve diger kati gida maddelerinin kolaylikla tasinmasina örnegin arabalarda bulunan standart fincanliklara uyum saglamasina ve söz konusu sivi katkilarin salatanin içinde esit bir sekilde dagilmasina imkan veren gida kutulari bunlarin kullanim yöntemi ile ilgilidir. Bulus ayrica söz konusu gida kutularinin bir fazla sayida ve ayni anda gida ile doldurulmalarina imkan veren bir tertibat ile de ilgilidir.
