Cyclic siloxane (siklik siloksan) solvent ile birlikte kullanilan kuru temizleme makinelerinden olusan bir kuru temizleme sistemi ve yöntemi.Yöntem tercih edilen bir tasarimda, parçalarin bir temizleme sepetine yerlestirilmesi, parçalarin ve içerisine daldirilmis olduklari siloxane bilesiminin çalkalanmasi, siloxane bilesiminin büyük kisminin çikartilmasi , parçalarin santrifüj yöntemle döndürülmesi, parçalarin kismi vakum basincina ve yüksek sicakliga tabi tutulmasi, parçalarin sogutulmasinin ardindan temizleme sepetinden çikartilmasi ve ortam basincina döndürülmesi adimlarini içermektedir.
