Abstract

Taban yüzü bandi ve kusakli katlar arasina yerlestirilmis bilesik malzemeden bir elastomerik ara tabakasi olan bir lastik olup, bu lastikte, elastomerik ara tabaka bir elyaf ile takviye edilmis malzemeden yapilmistir. Bir düzenlemede, elastomerik ara tabakanin bundan baska özelligi, kenar bölümlerinde merkezi bölüme göre %33 kadar daha kalin olmasidir. Bu düzenlemede, kenar bölümleri 2mm kadar kalindir ve merkezi bölüm 1.5 mm kadar kalindir. Kenar bölümlerinin her biri elastomerik ara tabakanin genisliginin 2/7'sini olustururken, merkezi bölüm 3/7'sini olusturmaktadir.Elastomerik ara tabaka, diger mekanik vasiflarinin yanisira, esneme modülünün gelistirilmesi için kisa takviye elyaflari ile takviye edilebilmektedir. Kisa takviye elyaflari 10 mikron kadar bir çapa, 200 mikron kadar bir uzunluga ve 20 kadar bir en-boy oranina sahiptir. Kisa takviye elyaflari bilesik malzemeye kauçugun yüz parçasi basina (phr) 5-15 parça kadar bir konsantrasyonda katilmaktadir.DEVAMI VAR...
