Abstract

Yüksek voltaj iletkenleri üzerinde elle baglanmis topraklama kontaklarinin mevcudiyeti açisindan uyari saglamak için bir sistem olup, bu sistem, a) yüksek voltaj iletkeninden aralikli olsa da, yüksek voltaj iletkenine yakin olan ve topraklama kontagi baglandiginda, yüksek voltaj iletkeni ile esneyerek kontak halinde kistirilabilen bir çiplak ek iletken; ve b) yüksek voltaj iletkenine ve ek iletkene baglanti araçlarina sahip bir uyari cihazini içermektedir. Uyari cihazi, yüksek voltaj iletkeninin yakininda düzenlenmis bir kisminda, ek iletkenin yüksek voltaj iletkeni ile temas haline getirilip getirilmedigini duymak için ve bu durum ile ilgili bir sinyalin, yüksek voltaj iletkeninden ayri olan uyari cihazinin tercihan toprak potansiyelinde olan bir baska kisma bir sinyalin nakledilmesi için ekipmana sahiptir. Bu kisimdan, sinyal bir operasyon merkezine nakledilebilmektedir.
