Abstract

Saflastirilmis ve izole edilmis bir DNA dizisi ve salgilanan kodlanmis gögse özgü bir protein, mammaglobin, tarif edilmektedir. Ayrica, gögüs kanseri hücreleri tarafindan mammaglobinin asiri ifadesi ve salgilanmasina göre gögüs kanserinin tespit edilmesi için yöntemler tarif edilmektedir. Yöntemler, mammaglobinin veya mammaglobin kodlayan mRNA'nin mevcudiyetini tespit eder ve miktarini belirler. Ayrica, mammaglobin ifade eden bir tümörü olan bir gögüs kanseri hastasinin tedavi edilmesi için imünoterapiye dayali yöntemler de tarif edilmektedir. Yöntemler tümöre karsi bir humoral ve/veya hücre araciligiyla olan bagisiklik tepkisi indüklemek için mammaglobin antijenlerinin kullanilmasini içerir.
