Tercihen gözle algilanabilen spektrum, yakin, orta enfraruj ve uzak enfraruj ile radar dalgalari spektrumuna karsi kamuflaj amaciyla bir kamuflaj tabakasi temin edilmesi, bununla birlikte kamuflaj tabakasinin bir garnütüre sahip olmasi ve garnütürün bir dis yapisini kapsamasini ve bunun ötesinde kamuflaj için tercihen özellikle gözle algilanabilen spektrum, yakin, orta enflaruj ve uzak enflaruj ile radar dalgalari spektrumuna karsi asgari bir tabaktayi kapsayan bir birinci tabakaya ve birinci tabakanin belirli bir konumda tutulmasi için en az ikinci bir tabakaya sahip olan bir kamuflaj malzemesinin temin edilmesi durumunda, ilk olarak hem düsük hemde yüksek isili objelerin kamufle edilmesi amaciyla çok yönlü olarak kullanilabilir kamuflaj malzemeleri yaratilmis olur.
