Bulus su içinde yag emülsiyonlarinin kullanimi olup, hiç olmazsa su, emülsiyonlastiricilar ve asagidaki gruplardan seçilen bir veya daha çok bilesim içeren bir sivi yag fazi içerir: a) yag asidi alkil ester ve/veya b) bitkisel esasli trigliseritler özelligi emülsiyonun PIT yöntemiyle imal edilmesi ve damlacik büyüklügünün fermantasyon islemlerinde 50 ila 400 nm olmasidir.
