Metal, özelde alüminyumun sürekli yatay dökümü için ekipman. Bu ekipman, sivi metali ihtiva etmek üzere tasarimlanmis olan bir yalitilmis rezervuar ya da havuzu ve kalip ile iliside olan delikleri olan bir yalitici plaka ile, havuzdan ayrilabilecek bir kalibi kapsamaktadir, kalip, yagin beslenmesi için geçirgen malzemeden bir çeperi olan tercihan daire sekilli boslugu ve sogutucu malzemenin dogrudan saglanmasi için boslugun çemberi boyunca düzenlenmis en azindan bir anular yarik ya da memeleri kapsamaktadir. Yaga ilave olarak, geçirgen malzeme içinden gaz saglanmaktadir ve gaz/yagin çeper malzemesine dagitilmsi için geçirgen çeperli malzeme ve kalip yuvasi arasinda anüller düzenlenmistir. Anüller tiplar yada benzer sinirlama kisimlari kullanilarak sektörlere bölünmüstür ve anüllere, her sektör için ayri besleme kanallari yoluyla yag/gaz saglanmakta, böylece, çember etrafinda yag/gazin beslenmesini farklilastirmak mümkün kilinmaktadir.
