Bir isi-üretim tesisinin bacasindan çikan dumandaki zararli gazlarin konsantrasyonunu foto-spektrometre ile ölçmek için metod olup, yakitin yanmasi için ilk bosluk (3), yanma boslugunun asagisina dogru konumlandirilmis ikinci bosluga (4) yerlesik aygit (5) içermekte, ikinci boslukta bahsedilen aygit (5); içinden su, hava ya da buhar gibi medyumun yanma esnasinda olusturulan dumandan isi transferi ile isitilmasi için geçebildigi tüpler ve tesisten dumanin disari çikisina izin veren bahsedilen tüp aygitin (5) asagisina yerlesik baca (2) içermektedir. Bahsedilen tüp aygitin (5) yakinindaki bölgede, kizil ötesi isigin en az bir kümesi (11), bahsedilen ikinci boslugun (4) zit kenarinda yerlesik isik aliciya (7'') bahsedilen ikinci boslugun (4) kenarinda isik yayicidan(7') gönderilmektedir.
