Abstract
Bir molekül içinde üç ya da daha çok sülfonik asit grubuna sahip olan bir bilesigi içeren bir kizilötesine yakin isik bölgesinde aktif fluoresan kontrast maddesi ve bir fluoresans görüntü alma yöntemi anlatilmistir, bu yöntem, bu bulusun kizilötesine yakin isik bölgesinde aktif fluoresan kontrast maddesinin bir canli vücut içine verilmesi, vücudun bir uyarim isigina maruz birakilmasi ve kontrast maddesinden gelen kizilötesi bölgeye yakin fluoresansin bulgulanmasini içermektedir. Bu bulusun kizilötesine yakin isik bölgesinde akif fluoresan kontrast maddesi bir uyarim isigi ile uyarilmakta ve kizil ötesi bölgesine yakin bölgede fluoresans nesretmektedir. Bu kizilötesi fluoresansi biyolojik dokular içinden geçiste üstündür. Bu yüzden, canli bir vücudun derin bir kismindaki lezyonlarin bulgulanmasi mümkün kilinmistir.
