Abstract
Bu bulus, sertlesme bozuklugunun tedavi edilmesi için bilesimlere ve bu bilesimlerin kullanimlarina iliskindir, bu kullanim, hastanin fossa navicularis' i içine, bir yari-kati kivamda bir prostaglandin E1, bilesiminin bir etkili sertlesme uyarici miktarinin yerlestirilmesi asamasini içermektedir. Bilesim, prostaglandin E1, bir nüfuziyet arttirici, bir polisakarit sakizi, bir lipofilik bilesik ve bir asidik tampon sistemini içermektedir. Nüfuziyet arttirici, bir alkil-2(N,N-iki-ikameli amino)- alkanoat esteri, bir (N,N-iki-ikameli amino)- alkanol alkanoat ya da bunlarin bir karisimidir. Lipofilik bilesik bir alifatik C1-C8 alkol, alifatik C2-C30 ester, bir alifatik C8-C30 ester ya da bunlarin bir karisimi olabilmektedir. Bilesim, bahsedilen bilesim için 3-7.4 araligi içinde bir tamponlanmis pH temin edebilen bir tampon sistemini kapsamaktadir.
