Icat, bir borunun, kablonun yada benzeri cisimlerin dis yüzeyinin elektro iletken kismiyla elektro iletken sekilde temasin saglanmasina yönelik bir cihazla, özellikle bir koaksiyel kablonun izolasyonu soyulmus dis iletkeniyle alakalidir. Tertibat, en azindan kismen elastiki malzemeden olusan ve montaj pozisyonunda temas edilecek cisme dayanan bir ana gövde (4) ihtiva etmektedir. Ana gövdenin (4) malzemesi icada uygun olarak en azindan bir adet en azindan kismen vulkanize edilmis (kükürtle sertlestirilmis) etile-propilen-kauçugunu içermektedir. Icada uygun tertibat (2) basit olup, düsük maliyetle üretilebilmektedir ve ayni zamanda çok yönlü kullanim imkani saglamaktadir; örnegin özellikle uzunlamasina olan, örnegin genelde silindir sekilli bir cismin, örnegin bir borunun veya kablonun (32) elektro iletken parçasinin elektro iletken temasini saglayan elektro iletken temas araçlariyla donatilmis cihaz olarak.
