Abstract

Aromatik karboksilik asitler üretmek için yöntemler açiklanmistir. Aromatik asitler, uygun bir asit ön bilesigini, benzoik asit ihtiva eden bir reaksiyon ortami içinde sivi faz oksidasyonuna tabi tutmak suretiyle üretilirler. Bir sikka uygun olarak, oksidasyon, bir tapa akis reaktörü içinde tapa akis kosullari altinda yapilir. Tapa akis kosullari, seri halinde sürekli karistirmali tank reaktörler kullanmak suretiyle gerçeklestirilebilir. Baska bir sikta oksidasyon, akiskanlar açisindan seri halinde baglanmis, ardisik sürekli karistirmali tank reaktörler içinde yapilir. Tercih edilen oksidasyon ürünleri, tereftalik asit, izoftalik asit, trimellititk asit, 2, 6-naftalen dikarboksilik asit, 1-5-naftelen dikarboksilik asit, 2, 7-naftalen dikarboksilik asit ve ftalik asittir.
