Abstract
Püskürtme pirolizi kimyasal buharla biriktirme ya da magnetronla serpmeyle vakumla biriktirme ile alt-tabaka üzerinde bir fotokatalitik olarak aktive edilmis kendini temizleyen kaplamanin olusturulmasiyla, bir alt-tabakanin bir fotokatalitik olarak aktive edilmis kendini temizleyen yüzey ile donatildigi bir yöntem ve esya anlatilmistir. Kaplama, sodyum iyonu zehirlemesinin alt-tabakaya bakan kaplamanin bir bölümüne sinirlandirilmasi için en azindan 500 Angström kadar bir kalinliga sahiptir. Seçenek olarak ise, bir sodyum iyonu engelleyici tabaka, fotokatalitik olarak aktive edilmis kendini temizleyen kaplamanin sodyum iyonuyla zehirlenmesinin engellenmesi için fotokatalitik olarak aktive edilmis kendini temizleyen kaplamanin biriktirilmesinden önce alt-tabaka üzerine biriktirilmektedir. Alt-tabaka, cam tabaka ve sürekli yüzer cam serit dahil cam alt-tabakalari kapsamaktadir.A method and article is described wherein a substrate is provided with a photocatalytically activated self-cleaning surface by forming a photocatalytically activated self-cleaning coating on the substrate by spray pyrolysis, chemical vapor deposition or vacuum deposition with magnetron. The coating has a thickness of at least 500 Angstroms to limit sodium ion poisoning to a portion of the substrate facing coating. Alternatively, a sodium ion inhibiting layer is deposited onto the substrate prior to deposition of the photocatalytically activated self-cleaning coating to prevent poisoning of the photocatalytically activated self-cleaning coating with sodium ion. Substrate includes glass substrates including glass sheet and continuous floating glass ribbon.
