Plastik folyodan yapilma yassilastirilmis bir tüpün (4) bitis ucunu (3) müteakip bir tüpün (2) baslangiç ucuna (1) baglama metodu ve cihazi; adi geçen tüpler (4,2), özellikle sise veya benzeri objelere bilezikler uygulamak için kullanilir. Yassilastirilmis bir tüpün (2) baslangicinda (1) önde kalan ucun (5), her iki boyuna kenardan (6) köseleri (7) egik olacak sekilde kesilir. Böylece olusan iki gevsek dudak (8), birbirinden ayrilir ve kullanilmis tüpün (4) bitis ucu (3), dudaklar arasina geçirilir ve adi geçen dudaklara göre sabitlenir. Adi geçen tüplerdeki malzemeler, kisa bir süre basinçli isi verilerek birlikte eritilir.
