Birçok modüllü adsorpsiyon isi pompasidir, burada bir kullanici (11)'e ve bir pompa (P4)'e sahip bir kullanici çevrimi (W4) disinda, ayni sekilde birer pompa (P1, P2, P3)'e sahip olan toplam en az üç isi tasiyici çevrim (W1, W2, W3) bir devrede toplanmistir, içlerinden biri (W1), tüm modüller (M1, M2)'nin tüm adsorbe edicileri (A)'yi ve tüm desorbe edicileri (D)'yi seri halde, bir brülör (2) tarafindan etki edilen bir yüksek sicaklik -isi degistirici (1), bir alçak sicaklik-isi depistirici (4) ve ayrica bir pompa (P1) ile baglanmaktadir. Atik gazlarin isisindan yararlanmak için, isi tasiyici çevrimleri (W1,W2,W3,W4)'den birine bagli olan, yogunlastiran bir atik gaz-isi degistirici (7,9)'un tahsis edilmesi öngörülmüstür.
