Abstract
Bulus bir ostenit, ferrit ve/veya martensit yapisina sahip, sicak haddelenmis özel çelik seritlerinin (1) asitle temizlenmesi için olan bir yöntemle ilgilidir. Bulus yöntemi, asit içeren asitle temizleme asamasi bölümleri (8) ve yikama suyu (15) içeren yikama asamasi bölümleri (9) olan bir asitle temizleme hattinda (7) yürütülür. Bulusun amaci, kabuk giderme için ek bir gererek düzeltme adimi gerektirmeyen bir yöntem saglamaktir. Asitle temizleme için olan giderler, sicak haddelenmis özel çelik seridini (1) asitle temizleme için olan giderler, sicak haddelenmis özel çelik seridini (1) asitle temizleme asamasi bölümlerinde (8) hidroklorik asitle (13) temizleyerek ve ilk yikama asamasi bölümlerinde (9) nitrik asitle (14) veya esdegerli bir yedek asitle temizleme vasitasiyla (14b) yikayarak ve ileriki yikama asamasi bölümlerinde (9) yikama suyuyla (15) muamale ederek azaltilir.
