Abstract
Sığır,koyun ve insan biyolojik sıvılarında farklı immünoglobulin alttipi anti-Brucella antikorların tespitine yönelik olarak Brucelto bakterisine özgü dört farklı antijen içeren (lipopolisakkarit, O-polisakkarit, bakteri hücre lizatı ve bu Uzatın kromatografi yöntemiyle ayrıştırılan bazı fraksiyonlar) ve enzimatik ve/veya enzimatik olmayan immünofiltrasyon yöntemine dayalı immünolojik tanı araç ve kitleri geliştirildi. Söz konusu tanı araç ve kitleri, yalnız kısıtlı altyapılarda değil saha koşullarında da herhangi bir cihaza gereksinme duyurmadan kan ve süt serumlarında anti-Brucella antikorların tespitini kolay, hızlı, duyarlı ve özgün olarak sağlamaktadır.
