Abstract
Soğuk kalıplar arasında sıcak sac işparçalarının preslenmesi için kullanılan yaklaşımının aksine sıcak sacdan kalıba , kesme, zımbalama aparatlarına ve pot çemberine olan ısı geçişini prosesin gerektirdiği şekilde gerekli bölgelerde yavaşlatan ve son safhada ısıl işlem etkisi ile kalıpta sertleştirmede de arttırabilen bir kalıp yapısıdır. Bu kalıp yapısının hem sıcak saca şekil vermek hem de gereken bölgelerde ısı transferi ile şekillendirme işlemini beraber eşzamanlı olarak parçanın özelliklerine uygun şekilde gerçekleştirme özelliği bulunmaktadır.Contrary to the approach used for pressing hot sheet workpieces between cold molds, it is a mold structure that slows down the heat transfer from the hot sheet to the mold, cutting, punching apparatus and pot circle as required by the process, and can increase it in hardening in the mold with the effect of heat treatment at the last stage. This mold structure has the feature of both shaping the hot sheet and performing the heat transfer and shaping process simultaneously in accordance with the characteristics of the part in the required areas.
