Abstract

Söz konusu buluşta farklı uygulamalarda kullanılabilecek fonksiyonel ve taşınabilir 70-150W gücünde doğrudan sodyum borhidrürlü yakıt pili (DSBHYP) sistem entegrasyonu gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yakıt olan sodyum borhidrürürden oluşan hidrojenin ve oksitleyici hidrojen peroksitten oluşan oksijenin yakıt pili performansını etkilemeyecek şekilde sistem entegrasyonu yapılmıştır. 70-150 W güç çıkışı olan sistem 4 ayrı gruptan oluşmuştur. Her bir grup ise 7 hücreli ve 2 ayrı modülden oluşmuştur. Her bir grup toplamda 14 hücreden ve sistem toplam 56 hücreden oluşmaktadır. Pompa ile depolama tankından alınan yakıt ve oksitleyici anot ve katot hattından dağıtıcı birimlere gönderilmiştir. Dağıtıcı birimlerde her modül için ayrı besleme hatlarına dağılan anot ve katot akımları dağıtıcı hatlarıyla hücrelere ulaşmaktadır. Modül içerisinde kullanılan yakıt ve oksitleyici çözeltileri ise toplama hatlarıyla toplama birimlerine ulaşmaktadır. Akımlar toplama birimlerinden besleme tankına geri döndürülmektedir. Böylece her bir 7 hücreli modülde yakıt ve oksitleyici tanklarındaki yakıt ve oksitleyicinin dolaşması sağlanmış ve performans artırılmıştır.
