Üç istasyondan oluşur, 1. besleme kovası ve ön şekillendirme silindirleri 2. üçlü haddeleme silindirleri 3. gerdirerek incelten taşıyıcı konveyörler. ikinci istasyonda yer alan silindirlerin aralıkları, ayar vidalan ile ayarlanabilir ve yüzeyleri özel olarak işlenmiş silindirlerin hamuru sürme hızları birbirinden farklıdır. Üçüncü istasyon, üç adet birbirinden farklı hızda ve ters yönde hareket ederek hamuru hareket yönünde gerdirerek incelten konveyör bantlarına sahiptir.
