Abstract

Buluş, nişasta içerikli ve şeker içerikli hammaddelerin işlenmesinden, özelliklerin bunların fermantasyon ve damıtmasından sonra gelen yan ürünlerin kurutulmansa yönelik bir işlem ve bir düzenek ile ilgilidir; burada yan ürün, sıvı oranı yüksek bir saflaştırma fazına ve bir koyu faza ayrılır, bu suretle koyu faz, bir koşullama prosedüründe tek biçimli geometriye sahip partiküller halinde şekillendirilir ve bu suretle bu partiküller, akışkan yataklı katmanda 0.5 ila 0.92 arasındaki bir nispi boşluk hacmiyle pnomatik akışkan yataklı bir kurutma ünitesinde kurutulur.
