Buluş, sanayide ,açık, kapalı, yarı açık alanlarda kullanılabilen bir ısıtıcı ile ilgilidir. Buluş konusu ısıtıcıda (1), oval birquartz tüp (8), içinde oval olarak sarılmış bir resistans teli (9), quartz tüpten üretilen ısının, cihazın ön ve arkasına yansıtılmasını sağlayan üst içbükey yansıtıcı levhalar (6) ve alt içbükey yansıtıcı levhalar (7), üst yansıtıcıların konumunu değiştirerek, istenilen bölgeye ısının odaklanabilmesini sağlayan, ısı odaklama mekanizması (12), cihazın iç bölgesinde oluşan sıcak havayı alt ve üst tahliye kanallarından (5) tahliye ederek, hem cihazın aşırı ısınmasını engelleyen hem de ortamın ısıtılmasına katkı sağlayan iki fan (11) yer almaktadır.
