Abstract

Bu buluş, hem kangal tipi hem de makara tipi paketlemenin aynı mekanizma vasıtasıyla yapılabildiği bir kablo paketleme makinesidir. Kangal tip ve makara tipi sarma işlemleri; tek bir sarma kafasında ve birbiriyle iç içe bulunan ve seçilen moda göre sarma işlemi yapan kangal kafası(47) ve makara sarma kafaları(48) vasıtasıyla yapılmaktadır. Ayrıca sarma kafasındaki kablo(6) paketi istenilen uzunluğa gelmeden 1-2 metre önce, kullanılan mekanizmalar ile streç filmi(7) kablonun(6) etrafına dolanmakta ve sarma kafasındaki kablo paketi, istenilen uzunluğa geldiğinde kablo(6) kesilmektedir.
