Abstract

Bu buluş iplik, fitil ve kordon gibi dairesel kesite sahip tekstil materyallerinin elektrostatik floklama tekniği ile floklanması amacıyla geliştirilmiş olan bir makinenin yapıştırıcı aplikasyon ünitesi ile ilgilidir. Silindirik formdaki taşıyıcı materyallerin düzgün ve hatasız olarak floklanmasmda materyal yüzeyinin homojen ve silindirik formda yapıştırıcı ile kaplanması büyük önem taşımaktadır. Geliştirilen bu yapıştırıcı aplikasyon ünitesi ile iplik, fitil ve kordon formundaki taşıyıcı materyallerin tüm yüzeyine 360° homojen olacak şekilde yapıştırıcı aplikasyonu yapılabilmektedir.
