Abstract
Mevcut buluş, yapıştırma malzemesi veya benzerleri gibi motiflerin bir kalıp plakasında oluşturulmuş montaj oluklarına dizilmesine yönelik bir motif dizme cihazıyla ilgilidir.Mevcut buluş, kalıp plakasında oluşturulmuş montaj oluklarına motiflerin yüklenmesine yönelik bir sallanma elemanını içeren bir motif dizme cihazını temin etmekte olup burada, söz konusu sallanma elemanı dikey bir paneli ve bunun bir kenarına bağlanmış yatay bir paneli ve dikey panelin taban yüzeyine önceden belirlenmiş bir aralıkla tutturulan bir dizi sallanma bıçağını içermektedir. Dolayısıyla mevcut buluşa uygun cihaz sadece motiflerin kalıp plakasında oluşturulmuş montaj oluklarına doğru bir biçimde ve hızlı ve kolay bir tarzda dizilmesini sağlamakla kalmamakta, aynı zamanda yanlış yönde yerleştirilmiş bır motifin montaj oluğundan çıkarılmasını ve doğru bir biçimde dizilmesini de sağlamakta, böylece üretkenliği artırmakta, kusurları en aza indirgemekte ve maliyetleri düşürmektedir.
