Bu hem evcil hayvan sahibi için zor olmakta hem de evcil hayvanin gün içinde gelen tuvaletini yapmamasi anlamini tasimaktadir. Bu da evcil hayvanin sagligi için olumsuz bir durum olusturmaktadir. Yine evcil hayvanlarin disarida yaptiklari diskilarinin toplanmasi gerekliligi de kullanicilar için problem teskil etmektedir. Ellerinde torba ile gezmek zorunda kalan evcil hayvan sahipleri torba ile diskilari alip çöpe atmaktadirlar. Evcil hayvan sahipleri zaman zaman yaptigi diskiyi bulamadiklari için toplayamamakta bu da çevrenin kirlenmesine sebep olmaktadir. Mevcut teknikte bu problemin çözümüne yönelik farkli uygulamalara yer verilmektedir. Bu uygulamalarla ilgili asagida patent müracaatlarina yer verilmistir. Literatürde Türk Patent Enstitüsü kayitlarinda TR 2010 10668 numarali faydali model basvurusunda konu ile ilgili olarak "Bu bulus; evcil hayvan diskilarinin birakildiklari yerden diskiya el degmeden toplanabilmesi ile ilgilidir. Bir diski torbasi ve üzerine yapilandirilmis torba agzi üzerine kapak olarak konumlandirilabilir faras ile evcil hayvan diskilari toplanir. Torba agzinda bulunan takma ucuna, farasta bulunan delik konumlandirilarak farasin torba agzina takilip çikarilmasi saglanir. Böylece evcil hayvan diskilari çevrede birakilmadan rahatlikla temizlenir ve sahibinin yaninda tasinabilir." ifadelerine yer verilmektedir. Bahsedilen basvuruda hayvanlari diskilarini toplama islevini yerine getirmek üzere bir torba yapilanmasina yer verilmektedir. Yine Literatürde Türk Patent Enstitüsü kayitlarinda TR 2008 02326 numarali patent basvurusunda konu ile ilgili olarak "Kedi ve köpek gibi hayvanlarin biraktiklari diskilari, insanlarin, el degmeden bulunduklari yerlerden alip çöpe atabilmesi amaciyla dogaya dönüsümlü olarak üretilen diski toplama torbasi, iki adet tutma sapi ve torba olmak üzere 3 parçadan olusmaktadir. Iki adet tutma sapinin her biri torbanin ön ve arka yüzeyleri uç kisimlarina yapistirilmistir. Torbanin yan kisimlarinda gerektiginde açilip torba hacminin genislemesi için körük olusturacak içe katlanmis kisim mevcuttur. Torba, diskinin üzerine sap kisimlarindan tutulup ters çevrilerek geçirilmesi ve tutma saplarinin önce zemine paralel hale getirilip sonra kürek vazifesi görecek sekilde diskinin altindan birbirine uç uca getirilmesi ve son olarak da ters çevrilip yapisik olmayan uç kisimlarinin bir araya getirilip torbaya çanta sekli hali aldirilmasi ile diski, torbanin içine girmis olup çöpe atilabilecek sekle gelmesi saglanmistir." ifadelerine yer verilmektedir. Yukarida bahsedilen dezavantajlardan dolayi yeni bir evcil hayvan diskisini toplama aparati ortaya koyma gereksinimi duyulmustur. Bulusun Açiklanmasi Teknigin bu konumundan yola çikilarak bulusun amaci, yeni bir evcil hayvan diskisini toplama aparati ortaya koymaktir. Invention Background One of the biggest problems faced by people who keep pets such as cats and dogs is the hygiene problem caused by these pets urinating or defecating in different parts of the house. The problem of defecating, especially in pets that are not toilet trained, often leads people to give up caring for these animals. The biggest problem in caring for house-trained pets that only relieve themselves outdoors is that owners have to take their pets outside at specific times of the day so they can relieve themselves. In today's world, someone who works all day has to take their pet outside when they get home. This is difficult for the pet owner and means the pet doesn't relieve itself during the day, which negatively impacts the pet's health. The need to collect pet waste is also a problem for owners. Pet owners have to carry bags to collect the waste and throw it in the trash. Sometimes, pet owners can't find the waste, leading to environmental pollution. Current technology offers various solutions to this problem. Patent applications related to these applications are listed below. In the literature, the Turkish Patent Institute's records include a utility model application numbered TR 2010 10668, which states: "This invention relates to the collection of pet feces from where it is left without touching the feces. Pet feces are collected using a feces bag and a dustpan that can be positioned as a lid on the bag opening. The dustpan can be attached and detached from the bag opening by positioning the hole in the dustpan to the attachment point on the bag opening. Thus, pet feces can be easily cleaned without being left around and can be carried by the owner." The aforementioned application describes a bag structure designed to perform the function of collecting animal feces. In the literature, in the Turkish Patent Institute's records, patent application number TR 2008 02326 states the following regarding the subject: "A biodegradable fecal collection bag, designed for humans to collect and dispose of feces left by animals such as cats and dogs without touching them, consists of three parts: the bag itself, two handles, and the bag. Each of the two handles is attached to the front and back ends of the bag. The sides of the bag have an inwardly folded section that can be opened to expand the bag's volume when needed. The bag is placed over the fecal matter by holding it by the handles, turning it upside down, and then the handles are brought parallel to the ground, then brought together end-to-end under the fecal matter to act as a shovel, and finally, it is turned upside down and the unattached ends are brought together." The application states that "by bringing the feces and shaping it into a bag, the feces are collected inside the bag and made ready to be thrown into the trash." Another feces collection bag is described in the aforementioned application. Due to the disadvantages mentioned above, there was a need to develop a new pet feces collection device. Explanation of the Invention: Based on this technical position, the aim of the invention is to develop a new pet feces collection device. Another aim of the invention is to create a structure that allows pets to defecate wherever and whenever they want. Another aim of the invention is to create a structure that eliminates the need for pet owners to take their pets outside to relieve themselves. The invention is a pet feces collection device (A) that enables pet feces to be collected in a feces bag without manual handling; its feature is; The invention is characterized by having at least one lower body (1) and upper body (2) with an inwardly oval structure, multiple tail attachment devices (3) positioned on the inside of the aforementioned lower body (1) and upper body (2) so as not to damage the tail of the aforementioned pet, and a fecal bag latch (4) located on the upper side of the aforementioned lower body (1) which allows the aforementioned fecal bag to be positioned on the aforementioned pet fecal collection apparatus (A) and to be released from the aforementioned fecal bag with just one push after use. The pet feces collection device (A), which is the subject of this invention, consists of two main parts: a flexible clamping device (5) that allows for attachment or removal, and a holding head (6) positioned as a point of force to enable the movement of the lower body (1) and upper body (2) via the flexible clamping device (5). The pet feces collection device (A) is essentially an apparatus attached to the pet's tail. The pet feces collection device (A) is connected to the feces bag via the feces bag latch (4) located on it. By pressing the holding head (6) to attach it to the pet's tail, pressure is applied to the flexible clamping device (5), and the lower body (1) and upper body (2) are moved up and down.
