TEKNIK ALAN VE MEVCUT Hali hazirda kullanilan sistem, yöntem ve ürünler ile deniz tasitlari, kumsal, sahil, veranda, havuz kenari gibi alanlarda kisiler güneslenme amaci ile kumas ve sünger içerikli güneslenme minderleri ve sezlong adi verilen genellikle plastik aksama sahip ürünleri kullanmaktadir. Güneslenme minderi olarak tabir edilen ürünler genel itibari ile az yer kaplamalari yumusak dokulari gibi nedenler ile kullanicilar tarafindan tercih edilmektedir. Güneslenine minderleri güneslenmek istenilen yerin sert bir zemine sahip oldugu deniz tasitlari güneslenme alanlari, veranda, havuz baslari gibi yerlerde daha çok tercih edilmektedir. Bu ürünler genellikle sirt kisiin ve oturma alani olarak isimlendirilen iki bölümden olusmaktadir. Bu ürünlerin hem sirt kismi hem de oturma bölümü içerisinde sünger veya farkli dolgu malzemeleri bulunmakta, bu malzemelerin etrafi da kumas veya benzeri malzemeler ile kaplan maktadir. Sirt kisim ve oturma kismi birbirinden iki bölüm arasina yapilan dikislerle ayrilmaktadir. Bu sayede sirt kisim oturma kismina belirli bir açi yapacak sekilde konumlanabilmektedir. Ancak bu konumlanmanin saglanabilmesi için sirt kisim altinda harici bir destek unsuru bulunmalidir. Bilinen yöntemler içerisinde bu destek sadece sezlong adi verilen ürünler ile kullaniin ile Saglanabilmektedir, aksi durumda güneslenme minderleri sadece zemin üzerinde zemine paralel konuinla düz bir sekilde kullanilabilmektedir. Bu halde kullanicilar sadece minder üzerinde yatabilinekte, oturma seklini alamamaktadir. Sezlong adi verilen ürünlerde yapisal olarak bir sirt ve oturma kismi ve bu alanlari destekleyen ve zemine basan en az 4 adet ayak unsurundan olusmaktadir. Bazi sezlong modellerinde ise ayak bulunmamakta sezlong üst bölümünü destekleyen bir alt kisim tüm tabani ile veya çerçevesi ile zemine basmaktadir. B u ürünlerde sirt ve oturma alani bir birinden bagimsiz konumdadir. Sirt kismin arka bölümünde bulunan destek unsurlarinin sezlong üzerinde bulunan farkli noktalara veya yuvalara konumlanmasi ile ürünün sirt bölümü, sabit oturma bölümüne açi yapacak sekilde konumlanabilmektedir. Bahsi geçen ürünler genel itibari ile sert plastik veya metal içerikli malzemelerden üretilmektedir. Kullanilan malzemenin sertligi kullanicilarin sezlong üzerinde konforlu bir sekilde oturmasini veya yatmasini engellemektedir. Bu sebeple konforlu kullanim için sezlong adi verilen ürünlerde uygun üretilmis ebatlarda güneslenme minderleri ile kullanilmak zorunda kalmaktadir. Ayrica bu ürünlerin imal edildigi sert malzemeler nedeni ile kullanildiklari ve temas etmis olduklari yüzeyleri deforme etmesi sonucu da ortaya çikmaktadir. Gözükecegi üzere güneslenme alanlarinda kullanilan ve tek basina kullanim amaci için düsünülmüs bu ürünlerden konforlu bir sonuç elde edilmek istendigi anda sezlong ve minder ürünlerinin birlikte kullanimi zaruriyeti ortaya çikmistir. Bu iki ürünün beraberce kullaniminda dahi bazi sorunlar bas göstermektedir. Sezlong adi verilen ürünlerin esnek olmayan yapilari ile yere temas etmesi kullanicinin her zaman istenilen konforu yakalamasini engellemekte ve temas ettikleri yüzeyler zarar vermesi sonucunu ortaya çikartmaktadir. Bahsi geçen ürünlerin depolama zorlugu da bulunmaktadir. Sezlong üzerinde bulunan güneslenme minderlerinin rüzgâr gibi harici etkiler ile sezlongdan ayrilmasi ve kaybolmasi gibi sonuçlar da kullanicilar tarafindan gözlemlenmistir. Bahsi geçen ürünlerin gereksiz yükselti yapmasi nedeni ile bazi ortam ve yüzeylerde kullanimi mümkün olmamaktadir. Bu nedenler ile mevcut ürünlerin özellikle hareketli deniz tasitlari üzerindeki kullanimi zorlasmaktadir. BULUSUN TANIMI Bulus, özellikle güneslenme alanina sahip deniz tasitlari, kumsal, sahil, veranda, havuz kenari gibi alanlarda kullanilacak olan, yatak ve yatak bünyesindeki aparat boslugu içindeki sirt aparati kismalarindan olusan, istenildiginde kullanici tarafindan özellikle sirt kisminin açisi degistirilebilen özelliklere sahip hareketli sirt kisma sahip minderli güneslenme yatagidir. BULUSUN AMACI VE FAYDALARI Bulusumuz, bahsi geçen problemlere çözüm getirerek özellikle güneslenme alanina sahip deniz tasitlari üzerinde, kumsal, sahil, veranda, havuz kenari gibi alanlarda konforlu ve güvenli bir kullanim saglamak amaci ile düsünülmüstür. Bulusumuz olan ürün sayesinde kullanicilar ve hizmet saglayicilar tek bir ürün ile konforlu ve güvenli bir sekilde güneslenme ve hizmet sunabilme olanagina sahip olacaktir. Bulusun, ikincil bir ürüne gereksinim kalmadan sirt kisminin açili bir hale gelebilmesi sayesinde minder ve sezlong ürünlerinden kaynaklanan konforsuzluk hali ortadan kalkmaktadir. Bulusun minder ve aparat kismi birbirinden ayri olmadigindan rüzgâr gibi harici etkiler ile minderin uçmasi ve kaybolmasi gibi durumlar ortadan kalkacaktir. Bulusun yatak kismin tüm alt bölümü, tekne güneslenme alani zeminine temas ettiginden ve esnek malzemeden üretildiginden, sezlong ürünlere göre kayma ve hareket etme riski ciddi oranda azalacak, güvenlik artarak, ürün zayiati ortadan kalkacaktir. Bulusun yatak bünyesindeki aparat boslugu olarak adlandirilan dikdörtgen bölümü içerisine kullanici esyalarinin depolanmasi ve muhafazasi saglanabilecektir. Ayrica kamuya açik alanlarda kullanimda, bulusa haricen eklenebilecek kilit mekanizmalari ile muhafaza edilen ürünlerin güvenligi de saglanabilecektir. Bulusun disa bakan ve yüzeye temas ettigi tüm bölümleri yumusak dolgu malzemesi oldugundan kullanildigi yüzeylerde deformasyon yaratmasi söz konusu degildir. Bulusun sirt kismi kapali halde iken kapladigi alan sezlong ürünlerine göre daha az oldugundan, muhafaza ve depolanmasi mevcut ürünlere göre çok daha verimlidir ve daha az yer kaplamaktadir. Bulusun yatak(1) kismi dikdörtgen seklinde olup, yatak(1) dis yüzeyi kumas ve benzer kaplama malzemesi, içi ise sünger veya benzeri dolgu malzemesidir. Yata (1) üst bölümü yatak sirt kism1(4) ve yatak oturma kismindan(5) olusur. Yatak oturina kismin(5) yüksekligi, yatak sirt kisma(4} göre daha fazladir, yatak sirt kismi(4i altinda aparat boslugu(3) kismi bulunmaktadir. Aparat boslugu(3) kismi imalat asamasinda dolgu malzemesinin üstte yatak sirt kismi(4) kalacak sekilde sirt aparatinin(2] girecegi ebatta kesilmesi ile olusturulmustur. Bulusun sirt aparat (2) kismi, aparat sasisi(6), aparat sirt kismi(7) en az 1 adet sirt destek ayagi(8), en az 1 adet ara destek parçasi(9) ve en az 1 adet destek ayak yuvasi(10) unsurlarindan olusmaktadir. Bulusun sirt aparati(2) kismii yatak(1) aparat bosluguna(3l sabittir, yatak(1} aparat boslugunun(3) ölçüleri, sirt aparati (2) kismin içine girebilecegi ölçülerdedir. Bulusun aparat sasisine(6i, aparat sirt kismi(7) en az iki noktadan vidalanmistir, aparat sirt kismi(7), aparat sasisi(6) üzerinde sabitlendigi noktalarda saat yönü veya tersine hareket edebilmektedir. Aparat sirt kismi(7} dikdörtgen seklinde olup, dikdörtgen iç boslugunda dikdörtgenin karsilikli kenarlarina sabitlenmis en az 1 adet sirt profili(12) içermektedir. Aparat sirt kisim(7) üzerine en az 1 adet sirt destek ayagi(8) takilmistir. Aparat sirt kisim(7) üzerinde, sirt destek ayagi(8) saat yönü veya tersine hareket edebilmektedir. Aparat sirt kisim(7) üzerinde 2 adet veya daha fazla sayida sirt destek ayagi(8) bulunmasi halinde sirt destek ayaklari arasinda ara destek parçasi bulunur. Bulusun aparat sasisi(6) Iç bölümünde destek ayak yuvasi(10} bulunmaktadir. Destek ayak yuvasi(10) unsuru içerisinde en az 1 adet destek ayak yuva boslugu(11) bulunur. Bulusun yatak sirt kisminin(4) açik veya açili olmasi istendigi halde sirt destek ayak(8) veya ayaklari destek ayak yuva boslugu(11} içerisine girerek konumlanmaktadir. Bulusun yatak oturma kisminin da(5) açisal olarak hareket edebilinesi istendigi taktirde, yatak(1) içerisine yatak oturma kisminin(5) altina, bir bosluk açilarak, yatak oturma kismi(5) altina 1 adet daha aparat(2) eklenebilir. TRTECHNICAL FIELD AND CURRENT SITUATION Currently, people use sunbathing products such as fabric and foam sunbathing cushions and sun loungers (usually made of plastic) for sunbathing in areas like marine vessels, beaches, coastlines, verandas, and poolside areas. Sunbathing cushions are generally preferred by users due to their compact size and soft texture. They are most commonly used in areas with hard surfaces, such as sunbathing areas on marine vessels, verandas, and poolside areas. These products typically consist of two sections: a backrest and a seating area. Both the backrest and seating areas contain foam or other filling materials, which are then covered with fabric or similar materials. The backrest and seat are separated by seams between the two sections. This allows the backrest to be positioned at a certain angle to the seat. However, to achieve this positioning, an external support element must be present under the backrest. Currently, this support can only be provided by products called sun loungers; otherwise, sunbathing cushions can only be used flat on the ground, parallel to the ground. In this case, users can only lie on the cushion and cannot assume a sitting position. Sun loungers structurally consist of a backrest and seat, and at least four legs that support these areas and rest on the ground. Some sun lounger models, however, do not have legs; instead, a lower section supporting the upper part rests on the ground with its entire base or frame. In these products, the backrest and seat are independently positioned. By positioning the support elements located at the rear of the backrest in different points or slots on the sun lounger, the backrest can be positioned at an angle to the fixed seat. These products are generally made from hard plastic or metal materials. The hardness of the material used prevents users from sitting or lying comfortably on the sun lounger. Therefore, for comfortable use, sun loungers must be used with appropriately sized sunbathing cushions. In addition, due to the hard materials from which these products are made, they can deform the surfaces they are used on and come into contact with. As can be seen, sun loungers and cushions, originally designed for standalone use in sunbathing areas, have become necessary for combined use to achieve optimal comfort. Even with combined use, some problems arise. The inflexible structure of sun loungers, which makes contact with the ground, prevents users from always achieving the desired comfort and can damage the surfaces they come into contact with. Storage difficulties also exist. Users have observed that sunbathing cushions on sun loungers can detach and get lost due to external factors such as wind. Furthermore, the unnecessary elevation of these products makes them unsuitable for use in certain environments and on certain surfaces. For these reasons, their use is particularly difficult on moving watercraft. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention is a cushioned sunbathing bed consisting of a bed and a backrest section within the bed frame, designed for use in areas such as marine vessels with sunbathing areas, beaches, coastlines, verandas, and pool sides. The backrest angle can be adjusted by the user as needed. PURPOSE AND BENEFITS OF THE INVENTION Our invention aims to provide a solution to the aforementioned problems, offering comfortable and safe use, particularly on marine vessels with sunbathing areas, and in areas such as beaches, coastlines, verandas, and pool sides. With this invention, users and service providers will have the opportunity to offer comfortable and safe sunbathing and service with a single product. Bulus eliminates the discomfort associated with cushions and sun loungers thanks to its backrest being able to be angled without the need for a secondary product. Since the cushion and frame are not separate, the cushion is protected from external influences such as wind, preventing it from being blown away or lost. Because the entire lower section of the mattress is in contact with the boat's sunbathing area floor and is made of flexible material, the risk of slipping and movement is significantly reduced compared to sun loungers, increasing safety and eliminating product damage. The rectangular section within the mattress, called the frame space, allows for the storage and safekeeping of user belongings. Furthermore, for use in public areas, the security of stored items can be ensured with locking mechanisms that can be added externally to the mattress. Since all the parts of the invention that face outwards and come into contact with the surface are made of soft filler material, it does not cause deformation on the surfaces where it is used. Because the area occupied by the invention when its back is closed is less than that of sun lounger products, its storage and preservation are much more efficient and take up less space than existing products. The bed(1) part of the invention is rectangular in shape, and the outer surface of the bed(1) is made of fabric and similar covering material, while the inside is made of sponge or similar filling material. The upper part of the bed(1) consists of the bed back section1(4) and the bed seating section(5). The height of the bed seat part (5) is greater than that of the bed back part (4), and the apparatus gap (3) is located under the bed back part (4). The apparatus gap (3) was created by cutting the filling material during the manufacturing process to the size in which the back apparatus (2) will fit, with the bed back part (4) remaining on top. The back apparatus (2) part of the invention consists of the apparatus chassis (6), apparatus back part (7), at least 1 back support leg (8), at least 1 intermediate support piece (9) and at least 1 support leg socket (10). The back apparatus (2) part of the invention is fixed to the bed (1) apparatus gap (3), bed (1) The dimensions of the apparatus cavity (3) are such that the backrest part (2) can fit inside. The apparatus backrest (7) is screwed to the apparatus chassis (6) at least at two points, and the apparatus backrest (7) can move clockwise or counterclockwise at the points where it is fixed on the apparatus chassis (6). The apparatus backrest (7) is rectangular and contains at least one backrest profile (12) fixed to opposite sides of the rectangle in the rectangular cavity. At least one backrest support leg (8) is attached to the apparatus backrest (7). The backrest support leg (8) can move clockwise or counterclockwise on the apparatus backrest (7). There are two or more backrest supports on the apparatus backrest (7). If there is a support leg(8), there is an intermediate support piece between the back support legs. The chassis of the invention's apparatus(6) has a support leg housing(10) inside. The support leg housing(10) element has at least one support leg housing space(11). If the back part of the invention's bed(4) is desired to be open or angled, the back support leg(8) or legs are positioned by entering the support leg housing space(11). If it is desired that the bed seat part(5) of the invention can also move angularly, a space can be opened inside the bed(1) under the bed seat part(5), and one more apparatus(2) can be added under the bed seat part(5).
