Abstract

Buluş, denim kumaş üretiminde kullanılan çözgü boyanması işlemi esnasında su tüketiminin azaltılması ve istenmeyen tuz oluşumunun önlenmesi amacıyla geleneksel uygulamalara kıyasla çevreye zararları azaltılmış ve düşük maliyetli hale getirilmiş bir indigo boyama prosesi olup, halat halindeki çözgü ipliklerine, indigo boyama öncesinde 1-5 cc/lt Sodyum Hidroksit(Kostik), 5-8 gr/lt ıslatıcı ve 1-5 gr/lt iyon tutucu ile hazırlanmış çözelti kullanılarak ön ıslatma işlemi yapılması, ön ıslatma adımında kullanılan ıslatıcı maddenin uzaklaştırılması amacıyla 20-70 °C'de su ile en az 1 kez yıkanması, suda çözünmeyen indigonun çözünür hale getirilmesi için, 27 °C sıcaklıkta 10-15 dakika süre ile asetol (hidroksi aseton) kullanılarak indigo boyarmaddesinin indirgenmesi, indigo boyarmaddesinin indirgenmesinin tamamlandığının kontrolü için çözelti renginin kontrol edilmesi, elde edilen indigo boyasının boşaltıldığı/yer aldığı 27 °C'de ve 11-13 pH aralığındaki boya çözeltisi içeren teknelerden halat formundaki ipliklerin geçirilmesi ve bu adımın en az 3 tekne için tekrar edilmesi, boya teknelerinden çıkan indirgenmiş indigonun havadaki oksijen ile yükseltgenmesini (oksitlemesini) sağlamak, diğer bir deyişle boyayı suda çözünmez hale getirip iplik üzerinde sabitlemek amacıyla hava ile temas ettirilmesi, oksitlenmiş indigo boyarmadde bulunan halat formundaki ipliklerin, 70-75 °C sıcaklıkta, pH 4-5 aralığında hazırlanmış, 10-20gr/lt poliamin polimeri, 5-15 gr/lt asetik asit içeren çözeltiye daldırılması adımlarını içermektedir.
