Abstract

Bu buluş, lentiviral transdüksiyon ile doku transglutaminaz (varyant 2) geni aktarılmış sıçan mezenkimal kök hücrelerinin üç boyutlu poli(1,4-bütilen süksinat)/poli(L-laktik asit) doku iskeleleri üzerinde büyütülmesi yöntemi ile ilgilidir. Buluşun amacı, lentivirüs kullanılarak gen aktarımı yapılmış hücrelerin polimerik doku iskeleleri üzerinde büyütülmesi ve sonrasında kıkırdak dokusu hasarlarında ve doku rejenerasyonunda kullanılmasıdır.
