Abstract
Bu buluş; endofitik funguslar ile biyotransformasyon yapılarak doğal kaynaklı saponin grubu bileşiklerden yeni/novel moleküllerin (metabolitlerin) elde edildiği telomeraz aktivatörleri üretim yöntemi ve bu yöntemle elde edilen telomeraz aktivatörleri ile ilgilidir. Buluş kapsamında, kimyasal yapılarının ortaya çıkarılması ve telomeraz enzim aktivasyonunu hücrelerde arttırmaya yönelik etkilerinin araştırılması üzerinedir. Bu moleküller telomer kısalması ile ilişkili ve telomeraz aktivasyonu ile tedavi edilebilecek/düzeltilebilecek hastalıklarda ve/veya durumlarda (Örn: HIV, dejeneratif hastalıklar, akut ve kronik yara tedavisi, hücrelerin in vitro ve ex-vivo replikatif kapasitesinin arttırılmasından dolayı ex vivo hücre terapileri ve kök hücre proliferasyonu) kullanılabilme potansiyeline sahiptir.
