Abstract

Mevcut buluşla, besleme işlemi için içerisinden akışkan bir malzemenin geçmesine uygun olan, boşluk duvarı tarafından oluşturulan doğrusal bir boşluğu ve boşluğun dış ortama açıldığı ağzı içeren besleyici gömlekle kullanıma uygun bir sabitleme sistemi geliştirilmektedir. Sabitleme sistemi, ağızdan geçerek boşluğa yerleşmeye uygun olan, kalıplama işlemi sırasında uygulanan yük ile bahsedilen boşluk içerisine doğru hareket edebilen, bahsedilen besleyici gömleğe yakın ucunda genişleme içeren, boşluk içerisinde ilerlerken boşluk duvarına sürtünerek kalıplama işlemi esnasında besleyici gömlek üzerine uygulanan yükün azaltılmasını sağlayan ağızlığı; ağızlığın besleyici gömleğe yakın olan ucunda konumlanan yuvayı; besleyici gömleğin tabanının yerleşmesine uygun olan ve besleyici gömlekten daha esnek bir malzemeden mamul olan alt duvarı, besleyici gömleğin dış duvarının yerleşmesine uygun olan ve besleyici gömlekten daha esnek bir malzemeden mamul olan yan duvarı, alt duvarda yer alan ve ağız ile dış ortam arasında akışkan geçişini sağlayan açıklığı içeren koruma elemanını; koruma elemanını alt duvarı ile temas edecek şekilde konumlanan, besleyici gömlekten daha esnek bir malzemeden mamul olan ve orta bölgesinde boşluğun dış ortama açıldığı ağızdan iletilen akışkanın geçişine uygun deliği içeren kırıcı elemanını içermektedir.
