Abstract
Mevcut açıklamanın amacı, egzoz gazındaki reaksiyona girmemiş amonyak (NH3 slip) ve kükürt trioksitin (SO3) birbirine bağlandığında seçici bir katalitik indirgeyici (SCR), bir kazanın veya benzerinin yanması esnasında oluşan egzoz gazında bulunan nitrojen oksitleri gidermek için, bir SCR cihazının arkasına monte edilmiş bir hava ön ısıtıcısının eşanjörüne (APH) veya benzerine, gidermek ve egzoz gazı geçişini bloke etmek ve böylece kazan içindeki basıncın artması için kullanıldığında oluşan amonyum sülfat tuzunun bağlanmasının neden olduğu ekipmanın korozyon hasarı veya zorlu çalışma problemlerini çözmektir. Bu amaçla, bir hava ön ısıtıcısındaki bir egzoz gazı girişinin ön tarafına bir kuru buz temizleme cihazı monte edilir, öyle ki, amonyum sülfat tuzu veya benzerinin neden olduğu bir ısı eşanjörünün bloke edilmesi, kuru buz taneciklerinin püskürtülmesiyle uzaklaştırılır ve aynı zamanda, yüksek sıcaklıkta buhar püskürtme cihazı, buharı, bir buharlaştırıcıya beslenen hava ile aynı doğrultuda püskürtmek ve böylece kontaminantları daha etkili bir şekilde uzaklaştırmak üzere hava ön ısıtıcısının soğuk ucuna monte edilir. Ayrıca, hava ön ısıtıcısının soğuk ucunda meydana gelen engellemenin etkili bir şekilde bloke edilmesi için, kuru buz, hava ön ısıtıcısının bir egzoz gazı girişinin ön tarafına ve aynı zamanda bunun tersi bir yönü olan hava ön ısıtıcısının besleme havası girişinin önüne püskürtülür, böylece temizlik etkisi artar.
