Abstract

Buluş, üst solunum yolu hastalıkların tedavisi için ibuprofen, psödoefedrin HCI ve erdostein içeren bir farmasötik kompozisyon ile ilgilidir. Buluş özellikle, rinit, akut rinosinüzit, ağır seyreden soğuk algınlığı veya grip sonucu ortaya çıkan ateş, halsizlik, kas ve baş ağrısı, balgamdan kaynaklanan şiddetli öksürük ve burun akıntısı gibi hastalıkların tedavisinde yeni bir kombinasyon olarak ibuprofen, psödoefedrin HCI ve erdostein içeren uzatılmış salım sağlayan oral bir farmasötik kompozisyon ile ilgilidir.
