Abstract

Boya ve türevlerine yönelik, sıvı transferine dayalı püskürtme tabancaları için mevcut geliştirilmiş ağızlık basınçlı hava hatlarının hassas bir şekilde oluklanması ve ağızlık kafası dışında karışım oluşumu ile ilgilidir. Püskürtme tabancaları için gelişmiş ağızlık sıvı transferine dayalı olarak iki bileşen ve türevlerinden oluşan boyalara yöneliktir ve buluşun amacı yukarıda dezavantajları düzeltmek olup bu amaçla püskürtülmüş bulut oluşturacak şekilde farklı bileşenleri çıkartmak için birkaç hava tepe noktası içeren bir kafaya ve önceki bileşenlerin çıkışını anılan kafanın önünde bir noktada karşılayan ve bu sayede reçine ve katalizörün dışarıda karıştırıldığı birkaç hava çıkışına sahiptir. Katalizörün, reçinenin, basınçlı havanın ve varsa diğer bileşenlerin çıkışı, birkaç bağımsız delik vasıtasıyla gerçekleşir ki burada tüm bileşenler tetiği sıkıştırarak birlikte enjekte edilir ve ağızlığın dışında bir püskürtülmüş karışım bulutu oluşturulur.
