Abstract
Mevcut buluş, bir hastadan elde edilen bir numune içerisindeki gen ekspresyonu analiz edilerek söz konusu hastadaki bir kanserin sonlanımının öngörülmesine yönelik bir yöntem ile ilgilidir. Daha belirgin olarak ise mevcut buluş, GZMH, IFNG, CXCL13, GNLY, LAG3, ITGAE, CCL5, CXCL9, PF4, IL17A, TSLP, REN, IHH, PROM1 ve VEGFA?dan oluşan gruptan seçilen en az 5 gen içeren bir gen kümesinin ekspresyon seviyesinin belirlenmesinden oluşan bir adım içeren, bir kanserin sonlanımının öngörülmesine yönelik bir yöntem ile ilgilidir.
