Abstract

Bir üründeki (18) (örneğin, bir hidrolik hortum) bir arızanın tespit edilmesine yönelik bir sensör rakoru (10) olup, sensör rakoru iki elektrot katmanını (14, 16) ayıran bir yalıtıcı katman (12) içermektedir. Sensör rakoru, sensörün kendisinden başlayarak akışkan basıncından dolayı elektriksel empedansı (direnç) değiştirmek için tasarlanmaktadır. Sensör rakoru, akışkan iletken akışkan olduğunda birinci elektrot katmanı ve ikinci elektrot katmanı arasında bir sinyal yolu oluşturarak, ayrıca elektrot katmanları üzerinden ölçüldüğü gibi empedansı değiştirerek, delik, sensöre nüfuz ettiğinde ve iki elastik elektrotu birbiri ile temas haline getirdiğinde akışkan sızıntısını tespit edecektir.
