Abstract

Bu buluş harcanan FCC katalizörünün harcanan katalizöre ilişkin geniş kok varyasyonu ile sonuçlanacak şekilde çoklu reaktörler operasyonu kullanarak rejenerasyonu için bir proses ve bir aparat ile ilgilidir. Bu proses kendi etkin rejenerasyonuna ve indirgenmiş hidrotermal deaktivasyonuna yönelik kalma süresini kontrol etmek için bunların kok içeriğine bağlı olarak harcanan katalizörün bölünmüş enjeksiyonuna sahip bir yukarı akışlı rejeneratör kullanmaktadır. Bu sistem kendi tam rejenerasyonu için katalizörde saklanan yüksek kokun gerekli süreye ve düşük koklu katalizörün yüksek sıcaklığa maruz kalmasını muhtemel mimimum süreye minimize etme avantajına sahiptir.
