Abstract
Bir metalik temel malzemeden meydana gelen, aşınma tehlikesi olan bir parçanın, bir metal matrisin (7) içinde yer alan seramik partikülleri (6) içeren en az bir katmandan (3) meydana gelen bir aşınmadan koruyucu katman (2) ile sert kaplanması durumunda, matrisin (7), erime noktası temel malzemenin (1) erime noktasından daha düşük olan bir malzemeden meydana gelmesi yoluyla yüksek bir taşıma kapasitesine erişilebilir ve temel malzemenin hasarlanması önlenebilir.
