Abstract

Mevcut buluş, merkezi sisteme (3) işlevsel olarak bağlanmış bir merkezi sistem (3) ve çok sayıda uzaktan ölçüm biriminden (2) oluşan çevresel izleme sistemi (1) ile ilgilidir. Her bir uzaktan ölçüm birimi (2), bir uydudan (4) iletilen bir radyo sinyalini almak ve radyo sinyalinin alınmasıyla üretilen bir elektrik sinyalinin gücünü ölçmek üzere bir alıcı (200-203) ve merkezi sisteme, ölçülen güç ile ilgili bir veriyi, bahsedilen uydu hakkında ve ölçüm birimi hakkındaki bilgileri iletmek için bir iletim sistemi (205) içermektedir. Merkezi sistem (3) uzak ölçüm birimlerinden iletilen verileri almak üzere bir alıcı (301) içermektedir. Merkezi sistemin bir işlem birimi (3020) alıcıya (301) işlevsel olarak bağlanmıştır ve uzak ölçüm birimlerinden (2) iletilen verilere dayalı olarak, ölçüm birimlerinden alınan radyo sinyallerinin yörüngelerini, bahsedilen çok sayıda ölçüm biriminden alınan radyo sinyallerini zayıflatan hava olaylarının yoğunluğunu ve konumunu hesaplamak için konfigüre edilmiştir. Ayrıca, çevresel izleme sisteminin bir parçası olarak kullanılmak üzere bir çevresel izleme yöntemi ve bir televizyon alıcısı da tarif edilmiştir.
