Abstract
Nano taşıyıcıların hazırlanmasına yönelik bir yöntem ifşa edilmektedir. Yöntem, bir ilaca ait bir organik çözelti ve bir biyolojik maddeye ait bir organik çözelti bir veya daha fazla çözünmüş yüzey aktif maddeye yer veren önceden belirlenmiş bir miktardaki suyla ayrı ayrı karıştırılarak sırasıyla birinci bir karışımın ve ikinci bir karışımın elde edilmesini içermektedir. Daha sonra, birinci karışım ve ikinci karışım ayrı ayrı homojenleştirilerek sırasıyla ilacın nano kristallerine ait bir çözelti ve biyolojik maddenin nano parçacıklarına ait bir çözelti elde edilmektedir. Ardından, ilacın nano kristallerine ait çözelti ve biyolojik maddenin nano parçacıklarına ait çözelti bir ultrasonlu homojenleştirme işlemine birlikte tabi tutularak nano taşıyıcılara ait bir çözelti elde edilmektedir. Daha sonra, nano taşıyıcılara ait çözelti üzerinde bir ara yüzey ekstraksiyonu ve/veya bir diyaliz gerçekleştirilerek nano taşıyıcılar elde edilmektedir. Nano taşıyıcılara ait formülasyonlar da ifşa edilmektedir.
