Abstract
Akrilonitril ve amonyak içeren reaktör çıkış gazının söndürülmesi için bir çok-katlı püskürtme sistemi sağlanmıştır. Sistem, en az bir birinci ve ikinci püskürtme çubuğunu içerir. Her çubuk kolları içerir; her kol, en az iki genişleticiye sahiptir. Her genişletici, söndürme işlem sıvısının bir içi boş konik serpintisini aşağıya doğru püskürtmek üzere konfigüre edilmiş bir ağızlığı içerir. Birinci ve ikinci püskürtme çubuklarından çıkan püskürtüler, birlikte, yalnızca birinci yöneltilmiş püskürtünün kapladığı aynı yatay enine kesitin bir yüzey alanına nazaran, birinci püskürtme çubuğunun altındaki söndürme tankının bir yatay enine kesitinin bir yüzey alanının daha fazlasını kaplayan bir aşağıya doğru püskürtü cidarı sağlayabilir.
