Abstract

İç aşınmayı tespit etmek için bir izleme sistemine sahip bir bulamaç işleme cihazı açıklanmaktadır. Bulamaç işleme cihazı, katı maddelerin bir akışkan içinde taşınması veya işlenmesi için kullanılır ve kapalı bir enkesite sahiptir. Buluşa göre, bulamaç işleme cihazı, bir akışkan içindeki katı maddeler ile temas için uyarlanmış olan bir iç yüzeye ve bir dış yüzeye sahip bir iç aşınma katmanı (1); dış yüzey etrafına sarılmış, dokunmuş veya örülmüş bir destek yapısı (3, 4, 5); ve destek yapısı üzerine yerleştirilmiş bir dış kaplama katmanı (6) içerir. İzleme sistemi, destek yapısının içindeki veya üzerindeki nemi tespit etmek için düzenlenmiş en az bir nem sensörü (9); ve destek yapısının içindeki veya üzerindeki nem tespitini temsil eden bir sinyal sağlamak için nem sensörüne bağlanmış iletişim aracı (20) içerir. Yukarıda anlatılanlara göre en az bir bulamaç işleme cihazı içeren bir bulamaç işleme tesisi ve ayrıca bir bulamaç işleme cihazının iç aşınmasının tespit edilmesi için izleme sisteminin kurulmasına yönelik bir yöntem de açıklanmaktadır.
