Abstract
Buluş bir hücre süspansiyonunda bir maddenin bir konsantrasyonunun saptanmasına yönelik bir yöntem ile ilgilidir, söz konusu yöntem şu adımları içermektedir: - maddenin konsantrasyonunun şunlar ile saptanması: - söz konusu absorpsiyon ölçümlerine dayanarak saptanan bölgesel numune hacimlerinde hücre süspansiyonunu ve bölgesel madde konsantrasyonunu içeren bir oda düzenlemesinin farklı ortalama oda yüksekliklerinde barındırılan n bölgesel numune hacimlerinde gerçekleştirilen absorpsiyon ölçümlerinin sonuçlarının kullanılması; - oda yüksekliğinin bir fonksiyonu olarak bölgesel madde konsantrasyonunu içeren bir madde konsantrasyon modelinin kullanılması, ve - söz konusu madde konsantrasyon modeli ve saptanan bölgesel madde konsantrasyonları kullanılarak sonsuz oda yükseklik maddesi konsantrasyonu olarak madde konsantrasyonunun saptanması, burada n, en az 4 gibi, en az 3 gibi en az 2?dir, burada opsiyonel olarak, hücre süspansiyonu tam kandır ve madde Hb?dir ve burada yöntem ayrıca saptanan Hb konsantrasyonuna ve saptanan Ortalama Eritrosik Hemoglobine (MCH) dayanarak cRBC?nin saptanmasını içermektedir. Buluş aynı zamanda yöntemi yürütmeye yönelik bir sistem ile ilgilidir.
