Abstract
Demirin birincil ergitilmesinde ikincil cürufun geri dönüştürülmesi için yöntem: ikincil cüruf, aşağıdaki aşamalarla işlenmektedir - doğal soğutma, demetalizasyon, mekanik işleme ve ayırma, parçasının kompakt bir forma sıkıştırılması, metalürjik katkı maddeleri ile ikincil cüruf, 1:0.5-10?luk ağırlık oranında eklenen kireçle karışımda demirin birincil ergitilmesine bir katkı maddesi olarak eklenmektedir, 0-12 mm fraksiyonlu elek altındaki cüruf, ağırlıkça yüzde %2- 35 bağlayıcının eklenmesiyle titreşimli baskılama ile kompakt şekle sıkıştırılmaktadır ve kullanılan bağlayıcıya göre, standart atmosfer koşullarında 5 saat ila 1-7 gün kurutulmaktadır; bağlayıcı, Portland çimentosu, melas, kireç, kireç sütü, magnezyum çimentosu, bentonit veya diğer kombinasyonlarıdır veya parçacıkların karşılıklı ilişkisinin Van der Waals kuvvetleri ile gerçekleşeceği şekilde yüksek basınç altında bastırma ile kompakt şekle sıkıştırılmaktadır ve 12-50 mm fraksiyonlu elek üstündeki cüruf, önceki işlem olmadan orijinal halde kullanılmaktadır.
