Abstract
Buluş, sentetik kannabinoid agonisti Araşidonilsiklopropilamid (ACPA) ile ilk kez küçük hücreli dışı akciğer adenokarsinomunun kannabinoid reseptörü aracılı yolak üzerinden hedeflenmesi ile ilgilidir. Buluş ile, ACPA'nın farklı dozlarda in vitro ortamda kannabinoid (CB) reseptörlerini eksprese ettiği bilinen küçük hücreli dışı akciğer kanseri hatları üzerindeki antiproliferatif etkisi ve etkili doz tespitinin yapılmış, CB1 reseptör agonisti ACPA'nın stabilitesi ve uzun süreli sabit salımını sağlayabilecek nanobiyomühendislik temelli ACPA-PCL nanopartiküler salım sistemi geliştirilmiştir.
