Abstract
Bu buluş, toz halindeki bir malzemenin (metal, plastik, kum, seramik ve diğer bütün malzemeler) bir miktar fotopolimer reçine ile karıştırılarak 3 boyutlu parçalar imal edilmesiyle ilgilidir. Toz fotopolimerizasyon yöntemi yeni bir eklemeli imalat metodu olup bu yöntem ile metal, plastik, seramik gibi malzemeler kullanılarak üç boyutlu parçalar üretilebilmesi mümkündür. Bu yöntemde toz malzeme ile az miktarda fotopolimer reçine karıştırılır. Reçinenin az miktarda olmasının nedeni tozun macun gibi bir kıvam almasını önlemek içindir. Sonrasında bu karışım, buluş kapsamında tasarlanan bir ?serici-kürleyici kafa? vasıtasıyla hem serilir hemde bu aynı anda kürleyenir. Bu işlemler tekrarlanarak istenilen parça imal edilir.
